Stump grinding in Cheriton Bishop, Devon was undertaken by our specialist team when we were asked to remove a huge stump from a garden.

Some years previously we had attended to remove the tree which had been storm damaged and become a danger. After a period if time the client decided that he would like the stump dealt with both for aesthetic reasons and to increase the usable space in the garden.

Even with modern equipment and machinery, removing a stump of this size is no mean feat! We undertook this on one of the shortest days of the year and finished in the dark! Our client has promised us an “after” photo once the area has recovered and been re-turfed which hopefully will be in the Spring, if it ever stops raining!
